A TRUE AZTEC TREASURE – The Aztecs used to refer to avocados as “green gold”. We think they were on to something. Particularly in the form of guacamole, avocados continue to be a true treasure of Mexican cuisine.
To make our guacamole, we only use the finest, most aromatic Hass avocados, ripened to perfection on the fertile volcanic fields of Michoacán.
Served with tortilla chips, guacamole is an uncomplicated way to add a bit of sophistication to a starter. You can also refine ceviche or quesadillas with the creamy richness of guacamole.
